Short-term therapy and counselling: 1, 3 or 6 sessions

An hourglass with sand on a wooden table, next to a ceramic pot with a branch, and two closed notebooks. Soft natural light in a cozy room.

Sometimes there's one thing that feels very present for you right now, something you're in the middle of or that's coming up soon. You might be going round in circles on a decision, feeling stressed or anxious about going back to work after parental leave, or finding it hard to adjust to a recent change.

Short-term therapy gives us a chance to focus on that one thing over a small number of sessions. It can help you get clearer, see a pattern differently, or feel more able to take a next step.

Fees

1 session: £50

3 sessions: £135 (£45 per session)

6 sessions: £240 (£40 per session)

Blocks are paid upfront. Not sure how many you need? Book a single session, and if you decide to continue, it counts towards a block.

How it works

There's no introductory call for short-term work. Instead, there's a short form where you can tell me what you'd like to focus on. It lets me check that a few sessions are likely to be helpful before you pay anything.

  1. Choose a time that suits you on my booking page.

  2. After you book, you'll get a short form asking what you'd like to focus on.

  3. I'll read it and get back to you within two working days to confirm that short-term work is a good fit. Your booking is confirmed once I've been in touch and sent your invoice.

Sessions are online via Zoom, in English or Ukrainian, for clients based in the UK and beyond.

Short-term work isn't designed for long-standing or complex difficulties, or for times of crisis. If I think a different kind of support would suit you better, I'll tell you honestly, suggest some options, and you won't be charged.
